Returns & Exchanges

At Authentic.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, securely inside a shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
